Conditions of reservation :
- In order to confirm our reservation, an advance of 50 % will be required for booking
- Cancellation must be made in writing at least 30 days before the date of arrival.
- Balance : on the check-in day
- Security deposit : 1000 euros (cash or cheque) on the check-in day. It will be refundable at the latest 15 days after you leave the house, if everything is correct.
- VAT is included.
- The following methods of payment are acceptable :

  • Cash
  • Cheques made out in Euros and able to be drawn in France
  • PayPal  at mcducros@wanadoo.fr (the total price + extra charge of 10€)
  • Travellers’ cheques in Euros
  • Direct bank transfer payments in Euros (total price + extra charge of 15€)
